Food matching note: An array of dishes exploding with flavour, such as lamb chops with coarse-grain mustard, beef stew with curry and lemongrass or, five-spice pork and green bean stirfry.
History: The Le Vigne range is made up of classic wines from the Veneto region of both single varietal and regional staples. Tasting Note: Deep almost opaque in colour with a pronounced nose of morello cherries interspersed with layers of oak and spice. On the palate is rich and powerful with strong tannins and considerable texture and complexity. This is a powerful wine of great character.
